Come Home to Your Body
Yin Yoga · Restorative · Yoga Nidra
In a world that rewards doing, achieving and pushing through — this is an invitation to do something quietly radical.
To slow down. To soften. To arrive.
Yin yoga, restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra are not passive practices. They are some of the most intelligent and transformative tools available to the nervous system, the energy body and the feminine. They ask something different of you than a strong vinyasa class — not effort, but presence. Not performance, but surrender.
And in that surrender, something profound becomes possible.
Why Yin, Restorative and Nidra?
These practices work directly on the deeper layers of the body — the fascia, the connective tissue, the energy meridians and the nervous system itself. Where yang practices build strength and heat, yin practices create space. They open what has been held. They soften what has been braced. They invite the body out of fight or flight and into genuine rest.
For women navigating fertility challenges, hormonal imbalances, chronic stress or simply the exhaustion of modern life — these practices are not a luxury. They are medicine.

Yin Yoga Long, slow holds targeting the deeper connective tissues and energy meridians of the body. Yin works below the muscular layer — into the fascia, the joints, the hips and the pelvis. It moves energy through the channels, releases stored emotion held in the tissues and creates genuine space in the body and mind. A deeply supportive practice for nervous system regulation and feminine wellbeing.

Restorative Yoga Fully supported postures held for extended periods, allowing the body to release completely without effort. Using bolsters, blankets and props, restorative yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system — signalling safety to every cell. For the woman who is exhausted, depleted or simply needs permission to rest.

Yoga Nidra Often called yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra guides you into the space between waking and sleeping — a state of deep receptivity where the subconscious mind becomes open to healing and reprogramming. Deeply restorative for the nervous system, Yoga Nidra has been shown to reduce cortisol, improve sleep and support emotional regulation. Emma's Yoga Nidra sessions are woven with embodiment themes — safety, surrender, feminine power and fertility.
