About Emma

I didn't arrive at this work through theory.

I arrived through fifteen years of living it — through grief, healing, loss, awakening and motherhood. Through learning to listen to my body when everything else felt uncertain. Through coming home to myself, again and again.

I am a quantum hypnotherapist, Reiki practitioner, yoga teacher and the creator of Ener-Genetic Hypnotherapy. I work at the intersection of subconscious healing, embodiment and inner union — supporting women to release what is holding them and remember the wholeness they already carry.

My path to motherhood changed everything.

After two years of profound healing work — through grief, past life regression, subconscious reprogramming and deep embodiment — I conceived naturally at 41. That journey became the foundation of my book Fertility Isn't Linear and everything I now teach.

What I believe:

Your body is not broken. She is communicating. Healing is not linear. Neither is becoming. True wholeness includes all of you — feminine and masculine, shadow and light, grief and joy.

This is the work I am here to support.

I am based in the Algarve, Portugal and work online worldwide.
