I didn't arrive at this work through theory — I arrived through lived experience.
For over fifteen years, I have been walking an inward path of healing, loss, awakening, and motherhood. Learning to listen to my body, my intuition, and my truth. Unravelling the stories I had been carrying. Coming home to myself, again and again.
I am a quantum hypnotherapist, Reiki practitioner, yoga and meditation teacher, and the creator of Ener-Genetic Hypnotherapy — a unique integrative approach designed to heal limiting patterns at a subconscious, genetic, and energetic level.
My path to motherhood changed everything.
After two years of one of the most challenging, transformative, and ultimately beautiful journeys of my life — through grief, subconscious healing, past life work, and deep embodiment — I conceived naturally at 41. That journey, and everything it asked of me, became the foundation of my book, Fertility Isn't Linear.
It is written not as a prescription, but as companionship — for women navigating fertility, loss, and the parts of becoming a mother that rarely get spoken about openly.
My work sits at the intersection of wholeness, embodiment, and subconscious healing.
I support women to reconnect with their bodies, release what is blocking them, and remember the intelligence they already carry. Whether you arrive here through the book, through curiosity, or because something in you knows it is time — you are welcome here.
I am based in the beautiful Algarve, Portugal, and work with women in person and online worldwide.
